Veneration of St. Ephraim of the Caves, Bishop of Pereyaslavl. Before becoming a monk, he was treasurer and managed the household at the court of Grand Duke Izyaslav Yaroslavich of Kiev. He built the first stone churches in Pereyaslav. He died in 1098.
