The church celebrates the memory of the three Wonderworkers of the Caves. Damian had the gift of healing, Jeremiah and Matthew had the gift of insight.

The church honors Saint Gabriel (born Ivan Igoshkin). He was an archimandrite. He spent 17.5 years in prisons and camps "for anti-Soviet propaganda". Church-wide veneration was established in 2000.
