It is considered the day of remembrance of two Martyrians. The first, the deacon of the Caves, had the gift of exorcism and healing from diseases. The second ascetic labored in the Kiev-Pechersk Monastery in the XIII-XIV centuries. The remains of saints rest in Distant (Feodosiev) caves.
