Prayer to St. Abramius of Rostov

O our Venerable Father Abramie! Do not forget us, but always remember in your holy and God-pleasing prayers your flock, which you yourself gathered together, and pray for us, your children, holy father, for you have boldness in the Lord; for we do not think you are dead, even if you have passed away from us, our good shepherd. Behold, thy holy relics are before our eyes, but thy holy soul, with the angelic bodiless faces of the Throne of all the King, is worthily rejoicing. Ask us for time to repent, so that we may be able to pass away from earth to heaven unchallenged, and having been delivered from eternal torment, we will be heirs of the heavenly Kingdom with all the righteous who have pleased our Lord Jesus Christ from time immemorial, to Whom all glory, honor, and worship are due with the Father and the Holy Spirit, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages.
