Prayer to St. Cyril of Chelmogorsky

O blessed and venerable one, and filled with the grace of the Holy Spirit as the head, chosen vessel of the Holy Trinity, our Venerable Father Cyril, hear us sinners who now stand before you and beseech you with supplication: pray for us, your servants, to the All-merciful Lord Jesus Christ our God and His Mother who gave birth, our Lady Theotokos and Ever-Virgin Mary to forgive us our sins that we have committed. For in you, our Father, if you rest in the flesh and in the dust, but in the spirit you are with us constantly and invisibly, building us up and edifying us according to your unfeigned promise, and preserving us from all circumstances. And as you have gained much boldness towards the Lord through your fasting exploits, beseech Him with your holy prayers to grant peace to the world, unity of mind to His Most Holy Church, victory to your country, love and harmony to those who serve you, and ask the Lord for the benefit of your soul and body Mercy, peace, and blessing, that we may all be delivered on the Dreadful Day of Judgment, and that these parts may be saved, but stand at the right hand with His chosen ones to inherit the kingdom of heaven, for to this belongs all glory, honor, and worship, together with His Beginningless Father and His All-holy, Good, and life-giving Spirit, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages.
