O holy Virgin and Great Martyr Marino, true bride of your Bridegroom Christ, who suffered in the city of Antioch for the faith of Christ, who passed through fire and water, and was established in the Kingdom of Heaven! From your youth you have loved Christ our God with all your soul and with all your heart. Thou didst shine forth with the power of thy piety, chastity, and righteousness, having lived holy and undefiled among the infidels. You, who were wonderfully healed of your wounds by the grace of God, have healed your tormentors and brought many unbelievers to the knowledge of the True God. By the power of God you trampled down the devil, who appeared before your eyes, and you received grace in the battle to defeat the enemy of the human race. You are a most luminous lamp to the whole Church of Christ, a warm prayer book to God, and a speedy intercessor for all who run to you in faith. O Saint Marino, guide us to the Heavenly Fatherland, inspire us with zeal for salvation, direct our steps to the fulfillment of Christ’s commandments, to the path of spiritual struggle and the correction of life. Remember us through your prayer, and help us all to live a chaste, just, and pious life. Hear us, O passion-bearer of Christ, and beseech God, who loves Mankind, that through your intercession He may grant peace and prosperity to our Fatherland, that He may establish all Orthodox Christians in faith, piety and purity, that He may strengthen brotherly love in us, that He may purify us sinners from filth and vices, that He may preserve us from the work of the enemy, and have mercy on us By His grace, He will also make us heirs of the Kingdom of heaven, so that together with you we may glorify the wondrous God in Our saints, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, always, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
