Praiseworthy hymns to your memory joyfully today, for Christ has crowned you with miraculous incorruption and glorified you with the grace of healings. When thou wast wounded by the love of Christ, thou didst preserve thy purity of soul and body from thy youth; but thou didst love fasting and abstinence, in the name of the grace that helps thee, thou didst trample down all the passions of this world, and, like a bee, wisely sought out the flower of virtues, thou didst instill the sweet honey of the Holy Spirit into thy heart, and, while still in the flesh, Thou hast been vouchsafed to the Mother of God. Fervently we pray: pray, O lady, that the God who is glorified in the Trinity may grant us, through your prayers, long-term health and salvation, peace and abundance of the fruits of the earth, and for the enemies of victory and victory.
