O Venerable and God-bearing Father Guria! Hear us, who pray earnestly to you. Pray for us, servant of God (names), that we may be delivered from all sorrows, diseases, troubles, and circumstances, and live piously in the present life, walking in the commandments and justifications of the Lord without blemish. Ask forgiveness of our sins, bodily health, correction of our lives, and eternal salvation, for by your warm intercession as Saviour, we may be made worthy in the Trinity of our glorified God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages.
