Prayer to St. Laurentius of Chernigov, Wonderworker

O all-laudable Father Laurentius, accept this small supplication offered to you from us sinners, and look down mercifully from the heights of heaven on us who ask for your intercession at the Throne of the Most Holy Trinity, so that through your prayers peace and prosperity may be granted to our country, strength in prayer as a shepherd, strength as a monk on the path of perfection in the struggle of humility and obedience, to widows and intercession for the orphans, reinforcement for the infirm, deliverance from demons to those who are sick in spirit and soul, healing for the sick, and those who have lost their Guardian Angel. To all who honor with love your memory, your sincere and unshakeable faith. And after your repose into eternal life, lead us to Christ through your prayers, so that with you we may glorify the Holy Trinity: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, always, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages.
