Prayer to the Apostle Andrew the First-Called

First-called apostle of our God and Saviour Jesus Christ, Supreme follower of the Church, all-laudable Andrew, we glorify and magnify your apostolic labors, we sweetly remember your blessed coming to us, we delight your honest sufferings, which you suffered for Christ, we venerate your sacred relics, we honor your holy memory, and we believe that the Lord lives, and the soul is alive. and your soul and with Him forever abide in heaven, where you also love us with the same love that you loved us, when you saw through our conversion to Christ by the Holy Spirit, and not only love us, but also pray to God for us, for in His Light all our needs are in vain. Thus do we believe, and thus do we confess our faith in the temple, who in thy name, O Saint Andrew, was most gloriously created, and whose holy relics rest; but believing, we beseech and beseech our Lord and God and Saviour Jesus Christ, that through thy prayers, who ever listens and accepts, He may give us all that we need for our salvation sinners; yes, as you abie according to the voice of the Lord, forsaking your own land, you have followed it steadily, sitse and kiyzhdo from us, let him not seek his si, but hedgehog to the creation of the neighbor and let him think about the highest rank.
